PRIVACY POLICY

Arithm LLC

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

Last Updated: July 28, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

Arithm LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website arithm.ai and provides AI-powered business services. We also operate Everyday Acts, a community mutual-aid network described in Section 7. Everyday Acts is a service name used by, and the Everyday Acts service is provided and operated by, Arithm LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you visit our website, engage us for services, participate in the Everyday Acts network, or are an end user of a system Arithm has deployed.

We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. If you have questions about our practices, please contact us at kevin@arithm.ai or 469-949-1416.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address (including zip code), and business information you provide when contacting us, signing up for a service, enrolling in Everyday Acts, or using a system we operate.

• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and other standard web analytics data collected when you visit arithm.ai.

• Communications Data: Messages, SMS texts, emails, call recordings, or other communications sent to or through Arithm-operated systems.

• Member and Volunteer Profile Data: For individuals who participate in the Everyday Acts network, we collect the skills, availability, selected community, and related profile information you voluntarily provide during sign-up.

• Request and Need Data: Descriptions of assistance requests submitted by members through the Everyday Acts network.

• Organization-Provided Directory Data: Membership directory information (such as member names, emails, and/or phone numbers) that a participating community organization provides to Arithm on a read-only basis solely to verify the membership of individuals who enroll in Everyday Acts.

• AI-Generated Data: Categorizations, match scores, need classifications, and AI-generated assessments produced by our AI processing systems in the course of operating automated services.

• Match and Interaction Logs: Records of matches made, SMS introductions sent, follow-up sequences, and interaction histories, stored in Google Sheets or GoHighLevel CRM as part of program operation.

• Payment Information: Billing name, address, and payment method details processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services and the systems we build for clients

• Operate the Everyday Acts community network, including verifying membership and matching members with volunteer helpers

• Respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate with you

• Send SMS messages and emails you have consented to receive

• Process payments and manage billing

• Generate AI-assisted assessments, categorizations, and recommendations

• Log program activity for operational oversight and quality assurance

• Improve our website, services, and automated systems

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by texting a keyword to one of our numbers and then checking the consent box on a sign-up form — you consent to receive text messages from Arithm LLC and the services it operates, including Everyday Acts. The text messages you receive are service and coordination messages (for example, enrollment confirmations, acknowledgments that a request was received, help-matching messages, and operational updates). Message frequency varies depending on the service and your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at kevin@arithm.ai.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send text messages to cold contact lists, purchased lists, or any person who has not personally opted in, and all opt-outs are honored promptly.

We do not use text messages to send promotional or marketing content for the Everyday Acts service. Any promotional or marketing communications are sent by email to recipients who have provided their email address, and you may unsubscribe from those at any time.

5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We use GoHighLevel to send and manage email communications on behalf of our business and the Everyday Acts network. By providing your email address, you consent to receive relevant communications from us, which may include service and, where applicable, promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email, or by contacting us at kevin@arithm.ai.

6. AI-PROCESSED DATA

Arithm uses artificial intelligence systems to process certain data as part of service delivery. Specifically, Claude (developed by Anthropic) operates via Gumloop automation workflows to perform functions such as categorizing assistance requests, generating helper match recommendations, and producing business assessment outputs.

Key principles governing our use of AI processing:

• AI outputs are used to support human-reviewed or operationally automated processes, not to make legally significant decisions about individuals.

• No AI system operated by Arithm makes automated decisions about individuals that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences (such as denial of housing, credit, employment, or legal rights).

• AI-generated categorizations and match suggestions are operational data used to facilitate program functions; they are not stored beyond the period necessary to complete the relevant task or program cycle.

• Anthropic's privacy policy governs the processing of data by Claude and is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

7. THE Everyday Acts COMMUNITY NETWORK

Everyday Acts is a community mutual-aid service operated by Arithm LLC. Everyday Acts connects members of participating community organizations (such as churches) so they can give and receive volunteer help — for example, errands, meals, moving assistance, or prayer and encouragement. This section describes how we handle personal information in connection with Everyday Acts. Where this section and the rest of this Policy both apply, this section controls for Everyday Acts participants.

7.1 Arithm operates the service. Arithm LLC is the operator of the Everyday Acts network and the sender of all Everyday Acts text messages. When you enroll in Everyday Acts, you are enrolling in a service operated by Arithm LLC, not in a separate service operated by your community organization. Your community organization participates by being listed as a selectable community and by enabling membership verification, as described below.

7.2 Information members provide. When you enroll, we collect the information you submit on the sign-up form, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, the community you select, and the skills and availability you choose to share. When you request help, we collect the description of the assistance you are seeking.

7.3 Membership verification. To confirm that a person enrolling under a given community is actually a member of that community, participating organizations provide Arithm with read-only access to a membership directory (for example, a list of member names, emails, and/or phone numbers maintained by the organization). We use this directory information solely to verify enrollment eligibility — that is, to check whether the contact details you submit match a member of the community you selected. We do not use organization-provided directory information to send messages to, or market to, anyone who has not personally enrolled and consented. If we cannot verify your membership, we will let you know and will not enroll you.

7.4 Information shared between matched members. Connecting members with one another is the core purpose of Everyday Acts. When you are matched with another member — whether you are the person seeking help or the person offering help — your name and email address, and the description of the help requested, are shared with the other matched member so that the two of you can coordinate the requested help directly. By enrolling and participating, you agree to this sharing. This member-to-member sharing happens only because you chose to participate, occurs only to facilitate the help you asked for or offered, and is not sharing with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.5 What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not share your Everyday Acts information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Aside from the member-to-member sharing described above and the service providers listed in Section 9 (such as GoHighLevel, Gumloop, and Google), we do not disclose your Everyday Acts information to outside parties except as described in Section 13.

7.6 Age requirement. Everyday Acts is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Because participation can lead to direct contact and in-person assistance between members, individuals under 18 should not enroll without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian and the supervision of their community organization.

7.7 Leaving the network. You may opt out of Everyday Acts text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request deletion of your Everyday Acts profile by replying STOP or contacting us at kevin@arithm.ai. We retain Everyday Acts information only as long as needed to operate the service or as described in Section 12.

8. GOOGLE API SERVICES

We use Google API services including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive as part of our workflow automation and service delivery. Data written to or read from Google Sheets as part of our services (including member directories and match logs) is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. Our use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We work with the following third-party service providers to operate our business and deliver services. Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data:

• GoHighLevel (GHL): CRM, SMS, email, and voice communication platform. Privacy policy at gohighlevel.com/privacy.

• Gumloop: Workflow automation and AI orchestration platform. Privacy policy at gumloop.com/privacy.

• Anthropic (Claude): AI language model used for data categorization, matching logic, and assessment generation. Privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

• Google (Google Suite): Document, spreadsheet, and data storage. Privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

• Stripe: Payment processing. Privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not sell personal information to any third party. We share information with the above providers only as necessary to deliver our services.

10. PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use Stripe to process payments securely. Individual Everyday Acts members are not charged to participate; payments relate to organizational subscriptions and other Arithm services. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

11. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website arithm.ai may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor site activity, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. You may instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. Some features of our website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for up to twenty-four (24) months after your account becomes inactive or your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the resolution of a dispute or enforcement of our agreements. Everyday Acts network data may be deleted earlier upon participant request. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted.

13. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers listed in Section 9 as necessary to operate our services

• Between matched members of the Everyday Acts network, as described in Section 7

• With legal authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or government request

• With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Arithm's assets, with notice to affected individuals

• With your consent or at your direction

14. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

• Request deletion of your personal information

• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message

• Opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any email

• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kevin@arithm.ai. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time, generally within thirty (30) days.

15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at kevin@arithm.ai. In addition, the Everyday Acts network is intended for individuals 18 and older, as described in Section 7.6.

16. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include the use of secure, reputable third-party platforms, access controls, and regular review of our practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients or users by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
